Monarch mind control program in North America

In the dark recesses of history in Canada. be fully aware of two facilities in Saskatchewan, provincial mental hospitals, formerly known as asylums, each containing upwards of 4,000 patients at a time.

For example, the wife of one highly esteemed surgeon discussed LSD trips as early as 1961. Later we have all come to understand what happened in Weyburn and North Battleford. Lobotomies, LSD (and a long list of other hallucinogenic drugs that are barely discussed but alluded to by Hoffer in particular, especially in writings he did much later in life), insulin shock therapy (thoroughly discredited as a treatment (must have been a wealth of knowledge gleaned about insulin's actions in the mind and body), electroshock therapy, these two institutes rained hell on humans for seven decades.

How do their reputations stand today? They are lauded to this day for the work they have done! Well, why not? Hoffer and Osmond were high achievers, and their acolytes, faithful followers, and their ancillary personnel possessed impeccable skills in severing brains inside skulls, so this is also laudable.

Meanwhile, lest we forget, they rained a generous portion of hell on Cree, Sioux, and other First Nations who happened to live in the province, nearby, very close indeed, to these hospitals. But the First Nations were not alone this time. The rain of hell was upon the entire province. Within the walls of these institutions there was launched a program of mind-control over the entire provincial population, at the peak of which, emerged the  Monarch program, a form of mind control over North America.

It's not what you think. It's not the sensational crazy stuff like Charles Manson or other headline grabbers. It's subtle. It's every day life.

Look at the modern day diet of North America. Look at the obesity and diabetes rates across the board, and especially in First Nations, and the epidemic of obesity leading inevitably to diabetes across massive numbers in population of North America.

Are they are reproducing results found in the two institutions in Saskatchewan, involving insulin shock therapy to 'cure' mind disorders. The dietary expectations of so many of us are fulfilled wrapped in waxed paper and plastic and delivered out a window, fast.

Insulin imbalances cause comas. How many are in a state of waking coma due to diet?

By the mid-1950`s they moved to researching drugs to control minds. North America became awash in a heedless amount and variety of mind altering drugs ever since those institutions engaged in a concentrated research on countless (publicly) numbers of people in Saskatchewan. So today, if you're not buying on the black market, you are prescribed something by a doctor.

No more electroshock therapy in Canada? Well, Hmm, that's not counting Tasers, right? And, haven't we all been reading the myth-like stories about electro-magnetic fields, microwaves, and other energy directing weapons (tools?) of the modern trade of mind control?

It's the same threat I feel from aliens or lizard people, although I accept there may be some truth in the electro-magnetic weapon (tool) mind control argument. Those microwave ovens do strange things to water, for starters.
